This intimate four-course dining experience, complete with thoughtfully paired wines and whiskey cocktails, is curated and brought to life by Eden Valley Wagyu owner Steve Ries, alongside Executive Chef Sam Gilman, Chef de Cuisine Jacob Ellis, and Cocktail Master Shannon Maloney. Non-alcoholic pairings will also be available for each course.
